What is the return policy?
My goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase! However, I can not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, photo quality issues (unless it's a printing error on my end), or minor color variations due to screen differences. If this isn’t the case, email me within 7 days of delivery, and I will respond within 2 business days. I’ll do my best to work with you to make your order right!
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, all sales are final. Since magnets are made with personal photos, I can not resale or use them.
*If they are pre-made magnets from a market, exchanges can be made.

Unfortunately no local pick up at this time as I do not have a storefront. HOWEVER, if I have met you at a local market, or you are located in Round Rock, Tx., please email me and let me know what market we met at, and that you are wanting to place an order and we will set something up!
About Me
Hi, I'm Mel! First and foremost, thanks for stopping by! I am so excited to be jumping into the world of magnets, and now keychains! A little about me, I was born in Austin, Tx., but when I was 2, we moved to the greatest city around, Round Rock, Tx.! Go Dragons! Fast forward through life, I found a love for photography and spent 5 years capturing beautiful photos of families, weddings, and my favorite, newborns! I loved creating memories families could cherish always. Coming back and working with photos in a different way, yet still making memories with them is just amazing!
The Name - People often ask, how did you come up with the name Mel’s Magnetique?! Well, if we go way back, you know me by Mel, or Meli. My mom used to call me Mel, and well that one is by far my favorite. So by using Mel, I just feel like she’s close to me every time I use it. As for the Magnetique, boutique shopping has always been a love of mine, and I am so glad my daughter has joined in on the fun! We LOVE shopping in random boutiques we find along the way while traveling. From trinkets, to clothes, and some things that make you go hmmm… We love it all. So this is where the name Magnetique comes from, my little boutique of magnets!
The Love For Magnets - We love to travel! When we do, you can find us with a blind gaze staring at the magnet wall. We get a magnet every time we travel to remember the where and why. Places we’ve been, memories, and time spent together. One day I was doing the mindless scroll and a lady came on making magnets. She was printing photos and making the magnets from their trip they had just come back from. Smiles, beaches, candid moments, it was, dare I say… inspiring! I thought my fridge would be full! So a magnet press, and a ton of photos later, here we are. I just knew I had to share this idea of memories that stick with everyone. A little trinket that stops time, even for a moment.
